Why do we have a vetting process?

JBT membership includes access to confidential business data like credit ratings and payment histories. To protect this sensitive information, all applicants go through a vetting and approval process, regardless of membership tier.

Information we'll need

Business details:

  • Business name, address, email, and phone
  • Names of business owners/principals
  • Business operation specifics
  • Corporate identification number and date of incorporation
  • Tax Identification number
  • Rental/leasing information

Background information:

  • Employment history for all principals/owners
  • Credit references
