Can I upgrade my free listing to a paid membership?
Yes! You can upgrade your free listing to a paid membership at any time, whether you're a retailer, supplier, manufacturer, or service provider.
Good news! You're already one step ahead. Since you have a free listing on file, you've already completed part of the application process.
Membership options based on your business type:
Retail Membership — $235/year For retail jewelers selling directly to consumers. Includes JBT badge, directory visibility, supplier access, and credit monitoring.
Standard Membership — $1,255/year For suppliers and service providers in the jewelry industry. Includes credit reports, Red Book access, collection services, and more.
Enhanced Membership — $1,200/year For suppliers and service providers with 25+ active customer accounts. Includes everything in Standard plus customized reports, discounts, and API access.
Will my JBT ID number change?
No! Your JBT ID stays the same when you upgrade. The only time an ID changes is if there's a change in ownership or a new corporate tax ID.
Once approved, you'll also receive a confidential member number for accessing exclusive membership services.
