The JBT Red Book is the industry's most comprehensive directory of jewelry businesses, used by members to find, verify, and research companies throughout the trade.

Digital or Print?
When you become a member, you choose your preference:
Digital Edition
- Sent via email annually in September
- One license per user
- Expires annually (you'll receive a new edition)
- Not Mac compatible — Windows only
Print Edition
- Mailed annually in September

How do I access the digital Red Book?
The digital Red Book is emailed to you as a download link — check your inbox for an email from JBT.
After downloading:
- Locate the zip file in your downloads folder
- Extract/unzip the file
- Open the folder and find the troubleshooting guide and password (.txt file)
- Use the password to access the Red Book
Troubleshooting
Can't find the email? Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our membership team to have it resent.
Download not working? Make sure you're extracting the zip file first. Review the troubleshooting guide included in the download folder.
Using a Mac? The digital Red Book is not Mac compatible. Contact our membership team to switch to the print edition.
Lost your password? The password is in a .txt file inside the zip folder. If you can't locate it, contact our membership team.
Need to re-download? The digital Red Book is one license per user. If you're having trouble accessing your download, contact our membership team for assistance.
