How to access your JBT member portal and mobile app
Who can access the member portal?
All JBT members can access online services: Retail, Standard, and Enhanced. Free listings do not include portal access.
Member Portals
New Member Portal (Recommended) app.jewelersboard.com
Our updated portal features:
- First-time login setup for new members
- Fuzzy search for credit reports (no exact spelling required)
- Order credit reports and receive notifications when ready
- Reports available to view for 7 days after download
- Mobile app access
Legacy Portal extranet.jewelersboard.com
Still available for:
- Viewing archived alerts
- Submitting aging reports (Enhanced members)
- Other legacy features
Most members should use the new portal at app.jewelersboard.com
First-Time Login
New member? Your Company Admin registers first, then adds other team members.
Register for the JBT Member Portal
User Roles:
- Company Admin — Manages access and payments for your organization
- Credit Manager — Orders and reviews credit reports
- Sales Person — Mobile app access and directory search (no credit report ordering)
- Retail — For retail jewelry store owners/managers
Not the Company Admin? Ask your administrator to add you as a user after they register.
Forgot Your Password?
Both portals have a "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Click it to reset your password via email.
Forgot Password Not Working?
If password reset isn't working, your account may be temporarily restricted due to a past-due balance. Contact our accounting team to resolve:

Mobile App
The JBT mobile app allows members to:
- Search for companies by proximity while on the road
- View company information on the go
App login uses the same credentials as app.jewelersboard.com.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
