How do I pay my invoice?
You can pay online using the link at the bottom of your invoice, which offers multiple payment options including bank ACH and credit card.

When does my membership renew?
Memberships renew annually from your date of acceptance. You'll receive an invoice before your renewal date.
Note: Some Standard and Enhanced members are set up for semi-annual billing (every 6 months) instead of annual.
Can I set up autopay?
Yes! Contact our accounting team to set up autopay for your membership.
How do I cancel or resign my membership?
Memberships are recurring until you notify us of your intent to resign. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at 401-467-0055 before your renewal date.
